Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases from AMBAYA.

Prices are in euro and all-inclusive. Orders are packed the day they arrive and delivered tracked within 3–7 working days.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. Ownership passes on delivery.

EU consumers hold a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. For cosmetics it applies only while the hygiene seal is intact — see the return policy.
