Return policy

You may return any product within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — provided it is unopened and its hygiene seal is intact.

As EU law provides, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics once unsealed: a formula that has been opened cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned.

Write to us first; we will send instructions and the return address. Send the product back in its original packaging.

We refund the full price by the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
