Return policy

You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Write to us first; we will send instructions and the return address. The piece should travel back in its original packaging.

We refund the full price by the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Pieces made to personal specification (engraving, custom dimensions) are excluded, as EU law provides.
