How do I choose for my skin type?
Every product page lists the skin types the formula suits, its key ingredients and the full INCI. If you are unsure, write to us — we answer within a working day.
Are the formulas really certified?
Most are. The majority of our formulas are certified by ECOCERT under the COSMOS standard — COSMOS Organic or COSMOS Natural — and each product page shows which. Every formula is vegan and cruelty-free, registered in the EU cosmetics portal (CPNP), and produced in an ISO 22716-certified facility in the Baltics. The certifications page lists everything.
When will my order arrive?
We pack your order and send it tracked. It reaches you in 3–7 working days in Lithuania.
Is delivery really free?
Free in Lithuania — the price you see includes tracked courier delivery to your door. Orders elsewhere in the EU pay a flat €10. You get the tracking number the day we hand the parcel over.
Can you send an order as a gift?
Yes. Prices never appear in the parcel. Enter the recipient's address at checkout, and if you would like a short handwritten note, write to us after ordering.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days from delivery, as EU law provides. One carve-out for cosmetics: a product can only be returned unopened, with its hygiene seal intact. Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
