Gently. Wipe with a dry cloth; for pieces that meet food, a brief hand wash and immediate drying. A drop of food-safe oil every month or two keeps the grain deep. Keep it from radiators, dishwashers and long direct sun.

Because no two can look the same. Each piece is turned from its own block, and the grain is the tree's own record of its years. The photograph shows a sibling, never a twin.

Every Ambaya piece is begun the day you order it and travels to you tracked, door to door. It is with you in 10–14 days. Nothing is warehoused; nothing is mass-run.

Yes. The price you see is final and all-inclusive — tracked courier delivery to your door is part of it. You will receive a tracking number the day your piece begins its journey.

Yes. Prices never appear in the parcel. Add the recipient's address at checkout, and if you would like a short handwritten note included, write to us after ordering.

You have 30 days from delivery — twice the statutory EU period. Write to us, send the piece back in its packaging, and we refund in full. Pieces made to personal specification are the one exception.
